### How much does Grasshopper cost compared with Concierge?

Grasshopper True Solo is $14/month, Solo Plus $25 and Small Business $55, billed annually, plus $19.50 once and $1.50/month to register for business texting; the virtual receptionist is an add-on (checked October 18, 2026). Concierge Starter is $20/month with 20,000 credits and Pro is $199/month, with texts at 2¢ per message part and calls billed as you use them.

### Does Concierge have extensions, a phone menu or call forwarding like Grasshopper?

No. Concierge has no phone menu, extensions, call forwarding or vanity numbers. Callers just talk: Concierge answers, recognizes them, looks up their orders and handles the request, and a teammate can join the call from Finn for iPhone or the browser. If you want a menu that forwards calls to your cell, Grasshopper does that and Concierge doesn't.

### Can I keep my number when I move from Grasshopper?

You can bring a US number to Chargezen. Chargezen checks that the number can move, you sign a letter of authorization in the admin and follow the transfer there. You can also start with a new toll-free number.
