# Approval Workflows

Configure how affiliate applications are processed

Spark! offers flexible approval workflows to match your program's needs. Choose between fully automatic, fully manual, or hybrid approaches.

## Approval Modes

*   **Automatic Approval** — All applicants are instantly approved
*   **Manual Review** — Every application requires your review
*   **Conditional** — Auto-approve if criteria met, otherwise queue for review

##### Which Mode to Choose?

**Automatic** maximizes signups but may attract low-quality affiliates.**Manual** ensures quality but creates bottlenecks.**Conditional** balances both—use this for most programs.
