# Payouts

How affiliates manage earnings and payments

The Payouts section shows affiliates their earnings balance, payment history, and lets them configure payment preferences and request withdrawals.

## Earnings Balance

*   **Pending** — Commissions awaiting confirmation (refund window)
*   **Available** — Confirmed earnings ready to withdraw
*   **Processing** — Payout requested, payment in progress
*   **Lifetime Earnings** — Total earned since joining

##### Payout Threshold

Affiliates must reach the minimum payout threshold (set by you) before requesting a withdrawal. Common thresholds are $50-$100.

## Requesting a Payout

When balance exceeds the threshold:

1.  Click "Request Payout" button
2.  Confirm payment method and amount
3.  Submit request
4.  Payout processed on next payout date

## Payment Methods

Affiliates can choose their preferred payment method:

*   **PayPal** — Enter PayPal email address
*   **Bank Transfer** — ACH (US) or wire transfer (international)
*   **Store Credit** — Convert to gift card for your store

## Payment History

View all past payments:

*   Payment date
*   Amount paid
*   Payment method used
*   Transaction reference ID
*   Status (completed, failed, reversed)

## Tax Information

Affiliates can manage tax info in their profile:

*   **W-9 Form** — Required for US affiliates earning $600+/year
*   **W-8BEN** — For international affiliates
*   **1099 Access** — Download tax forms at year end

##### Automatic Payouts

You can enable automatic payouts on a schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) so affiliates don't need to manually request each payment.
