# Exporting Data

Export affiliate data for external analysis

Export your affiliate data for external analysis in spreadsheets, BI tools, or data warehouses. Multiple formats and scheduling options available.

## Export Formats

*   **CSV** — Universal spreadsheet format
*   **Excel (XLSX)** — Microsoft Excel with formatting
*   **JSON** — For developer tools and APIs
*   **PDF** — Formatted reports for sharing

## Exportable Data

Export different data types:

*   **Affiliates** — All affiliate profiles and settings
*   **Orders** — Attributed orders with commission details
*   **Clicks** — Click-level tracking data
*   **Payouts** — Payment history and pending amounts
*   **Links** — All tracking links and performance
*   **Reports** — Any custom report you've built

##### Data Privacy

Exports respect data privacy settings. Customer PII is excluded unless you have specific compliance permissions enabled.

## Manual Export

1.  Navigate to the data section you want to export
2.  Apply any filters to narrow the data
3.  Click the Export button
4.  Choose format and columns
5.  Download the file

## Scheduled Exports

Set up automatic exports:
