# Payout Scheduling

Configure automatic payout schedules

Set up automatic payout schedules so affiliates receive their earnings consistently without manual intervention. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules.

## Schedule Options

*   **Weekly** — Every Monday (or day of your choice)
*   **Bi-Weekly** — Every other week
*   **Monthly** — 1st or 15th of each month
*   **NET Terms** — NET-30, NET-60 (payment X days after month end)
*   **Manual** — No automatic schedule, process manually

##### Most Common

NET-30 (monthly, paid 30 days after month end) is the most common schedule. It provides time for refunds while giving affiliates predictable payment timing.

## Configuration

1.  Navigate to Settings → Payouts → Schedule
2.  Select your payout frequency
3.  Choose the specific day/date
4.  Set the confirmation period (days before commission is approved)
5.  Save settings

## Tier-Specific Schedules

Offer faster payouts to top performers:

*   **Standard Tier** — Monthly NET-30
*   **Gold Tier** — Bi-weekly
*   **Platinum Tier** — Weekly

## On-Demand Payouts

Allow affiliates to request early payout:

*   Enable in Settings → Payouts → On-Demand
*   Set minimum balance for on-demand
*   Optional: charge processing fee
*   Requires manual approval or auto-approve for top tiers

##### Processing Time

Payouts are processed overnight in your local timezone on the scheduled day. Affiliates typically receive funds within 1-3 business days depending on method.
