### What is Spark!?

Spark! is Chargezen's affiliate and influencer marketing platform. It helps you build, manage, and scale creator partnerships with AI-powered tools for discovery, outreach, tracking, and payouts.

### How much does Spark! cost?

Spark! is available through Self-Serve at $2,500/year or $250/month month-to-month. No transaction fees or revenue share on affiliate sales.

### Which Shopify plans is Spark! compatible with?

Spark! works with all Shopify plans: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. Some advanced features are optimized for Shopify Plus.

## Affiliate Questions

### How do affiliates sign up?

Affiliates sign up through your customized application form. You can share the link directly, embed it on your site, or let Spark! recruit creators automatically.

### Can I import existing affiliates?

Yes! Import affiliates via CSV upload. Spark! supports migration from Refersion, GoAffPro, and other platforms. Contact support for assisted migration.

### How do affiliates get paid?

Affiliates choose their preferred payment method: PayPal, bank transfer (ACH/wire), or store credit. Payouts happen automatically on your configured schedule.

## Tracking Questions

### How does Spark! track conversions?

Spark! uses first-party cookies and server-side tracking to attribute orders to affiliates. This works reliably across all browsers, including Safari and Firefox.

### What's the default cookie duration?

The default cookie duration is 30 days, but you can configure it from 7 days to 365 days based on your product's consideration period.

### Does Spark! work with ad blockers?

Spark! uses first-party tracking that's less affected by ad blockers. For maximum accuracy, we also support server-side tracking via Shopify webhooks.

## Commission Questions

### When are commissions confirmed?

Commissions are confirmed after the refund window (default 30 days). This prevents paying commissions on orders that get refunded.

### Can I have different commission rates?

Yes! Set different rates by affiliate tier, specific product, collection, or individual affiliate. You can also create time-limited promotional rates.
