--- title: "Stripeの決済方法を移す｜Subscriptionsドキュメント | Chargezen" description: "Stripeで支払う定期購入者を取り込みます。Chargezenが各お客様のStripeの既定の決済方法をShopifyにコピーしてから、契約を作成します。" url: "https://chargezen.com/ja/docs/subscriptions/stripe-token-migration" lang: "ja" updated: "2026-10-18" --- Canonical URL: https://chargezen.com/ja/docs/subscriptions/stripe-token-migration # Stripeの決済方法を移す Stripeで支払う定期購入者を取り込みます。Chargezenが各お客様のStripeの既定の決済方法をShopifyにコピーしてから、契約を作成します。 最終更新日：2026-10-18 Stripeで支払っているお客様は、カードを入力し直す必要はありません。決済方法をStripeにして取り込むと、Chargezenはメールアドレスでお客様のStripeの顧客情報を探し、Stripeの既定の決済方法をShopifyに送り、Shopifyが確認するとShopifyの定期購入契約を作成します。 ## Stripeの定期購入者を取り込む 1 #### Stripeが接続されていることを確認する ChargezenがStripeの顧客情報を読み込むには、Stripeアカウントのシークレットキーが必要です。取り込み用にStripeをまだ接続していない場合は、始める前にChargezenのチームに設定を依頼してください。 2 #### Stripeを整理する 各定期購入者には、Shopifyのお客様と同じメールアドレスのStripeの顧客がちょうど1件あり、そのStripeの顧客に既定の決済方法が設定されている必要があります。 3 #### 取り込む **Subscriptions → Import**で、**Payment method**を**Stripe**にした**Single contract**を使うか、2列目を`stripe`にした**CSV import**を使います。 4 #### 確認を待つ 「Request saved. We'll create the contract as soon as this customer's Stripe payment method is confirmed.」と表示されます。準備ができると、契約がContractsに表示されます。 5 #### Stripeでの請求を止める お客様に二重に請求されないよう、次回の請求日より前にStripeの定期購入を解約してください。 移されるのは既定の決済方法だけです Chargezenは、Stripeの顧客の既定の決済方法を使います。取り込む前に、Stripeで正しい既定の決済方法を設定してください。 ## トラブルシューティング ### 「Connect a Stripe account before importing Stripe subscriptions.」 取り込み用のStripeがまだ接続されていません。Chargezenのチームに接続を依頼してから、もう一度取り込んでください。 ### 「No Stripe customer matches this Shopify customer's email.」 StripeまたはShopifyでメールアドレスを更新し、完全に一致させてください。 ### 「More than one Stripe customer matches this email.」 重複しているStripeの顧客を統合または削除して1件だけにしてから、もう一度取り込んでください。 ### 「Set this Stripe customer's default payment method before importing the subscription.」 Stripeでその顧客を開き、カードのひとつを既定に設定してください。 ### 「Stripe is unavailable.
