# 워크플로 자동화

구독 이벤트가 생기면 작업을 자동으로 실행하세요. 이메일과 문자 보내기, 제품 교체, 할인 추가, 주문 태그 달기 등을 할 수 있어요.

워크플로는 규칙이에요. 구독에 무슨 일이 생기고 그 구독이 조건에 맞으면, Chargezen이 요청한 작업을 바로 또는 정한 시간 뒤에 해요. 스타터 키트를 리필로 교체하고, 세 번째 주문에 사은품을 넣고, 창고용으로 주문에 태그를 달고, 알맞은 때에 메시지를 보내는 데 쓰세요. **Subscriptions → Billing & automation → Workflow automations**를 여세요.

## 워크플로 만들기

#### 시작하기

**Create workflow**를 선택하고 **Workflow details**에서 **Workflow name**을 입력하세요. 팀만 볼 수 있어요.

#### 이벤트 하나 이상 고르기

**Events**에서 **\+ Add event**를 선택하세요. 고른 이벤트 중 하나라도 생기면 워크플로가 실행돼요. **When should this run?**에서 **Right away** 또는 **After a delay**(분, 시간, 일 단위, 최대 30일)를 고르세요.

#### 필요하면 조건 추가하기

**Conditions (optional)**에서 **\+ Add condition**을 선택하세요. 조건이 둘 이상이면 **Run when**에서 **All of these conditions are true** 또는 **At least one of these conditions is true**를 고르세요. 조건이 없으면 워크플로는 매번 실행돼요.

#### 작업 추가하기

**Actions**에서 **\+ Add action**을 선택하세요. 작업은 순서대로 실행돼요. 작업마다 워크플로가 실행된 시점부터 세어 **Right away** 또는 **After a delay**로 실행할 수 있어요.

#### 켜기

**Summary**에서 쉬운 말로 된 요약 문장을 확인하고, **Status**를 **Active**로 바꾼 다음 **Save**를 선택하세요.

| 제품과 옵션 상품 | 제목이 일치하는 제품(또는 옵션 상품): is equal to, is not equal to, contains, does not contain, starts with, ends with 사용. 선택한 제품(또는 옵션 상품)의 전부, 하나 이상, 또는 어느 것도 아님 |
| 고객 | Customer has a tag; Customer doesn't have a tag; Orders placed by the customer; Amount spent by the customer; Customer has no active subscriptions |

조건은 워크플로가 실행될 때 확인해요. 지연된 실행은 그 시점의 워크플로 설정을 써요.

## 작업

| 알림 | Send email, Send text: Template을 고르세요. 받는 사람(고객 또는 스토어 팀)과 템플릿 편집 링크가 표시돼요. |
| 구독 | Add discount, Remove discount(WELCOME10 같은 Shopify 할인 코드); Add trial period(무료 주문, 새로 만들거나 재활성화된 구독에만); Change subscription plan(New plan) |
| 제품 | Add one-time product; Add subscription product; Remove one-time product; Remove product from subscription; Swap product(Replacement product, Quantity, Price: 구독 할인이 없는 기본가 또는 플랜 할인을 적용한 가격) |
| 고객 | Add tag to customer; Remove tag from customer |
| 주문 | Add tag to order. 주문이 없는 이벤트에서는 건너뛰어요. |

## 예시

### 스타터 키트에서 리필로

이벤트 **Subscription payment succeeds (first try)**, 조건 **Paid billing cycles** 1 이상과 스타터 키트로 설정한 **Subscription has any of the selected products**, 작업은 리필로 **Swap product**(또는 리필 플랜으로 **Change subscription plan**)이에요.

### 세 번째 주문에 사은품

이벤트 **Subscription payment succeeds (first try)**, 조건 **Paid billing cycles** 3 이상, 작업은 사은품으로 **Add one-time product**예요.

## 기본 워크플로

Chargezen은 구독 이메일과 문자를 기본 워크플로로 보내고, 목록에는 **Default** 표시가 붙어요. 조건을 바꾸거나, 단계를 추가하거나, **Draft**로 바꿔 멈출 수 있지만 삭제할 수는 없어요. 기본 워크플로는 다음과 같아요.

*   Welcome email, Welcome follow-up email
*   Tag checkout orders, Tag renewal orders
*   Renewal confirmation 이메일과 문자
*   Upcoming charge email, Upcoming charge text
*   Card declined, Payment retry, Payment failed(cancelled, paused, final notice), Payment recovered 메시지
*   Bank confirmation, Update payment method, Card expiring, Card expired 이메일과 문자
*   Order delayed, Price change 이메일과 문자
*   Paused, Resumed, Restarted, Cancelled, Skipped order, Product swapped 이메일과 문자
*   주문 지연, 일시 중지, 재개, 재시작, 해지에 대한 스토어 알림

## 워크플로 목록

이름이나 이벤트로 검색하고, 유형(**Notifications**, **Order tags**, **Other**)과 상태로 필터링하세요. 열에는 **Runs when**, **Status**, **Last run**, **Errors**가 표시돼요.

권한

Subscriptions 접근 권한이 있으면 누구나 워크플로를 볼 수 있어요. 만들거나 바꾸려면 **Manage subscription flows** 권한이 필요해요.

## 문제 해결

### 워크플로가 전혀 실행되지 않아요

상태가 **Active**인지 확인하고 **Summary** 문장을 읽어 보세요. 고른 이벤트에서는 절대 참이 될 수 없는 조건이 있을 수 있어요. 일부 이벤트 조건은 특정 이벤트에서만 작동하고, 빌더가 어떤 이벤트인지 알려 줘요.

### 주문 태그가 추가되지 않았어요

**Add tag to order**는 일시 중지나 건너뛰기처럼 주문이 없는 이벤트에서는 건너뛰어요. 주문을 만드는 이벤트를 쓰세요.

### 알림은 어떻게 멈추나요?

그 알림을 보내는 기본 워크플로를 열고 **Draft**로 바꾸세요.
