Each product has its own plan. Subscriptions is $199/month for Shopify Advanced and Shopify Plus stores. CheckoutOS is $99/month. Concierge and SmartyTap each have a $20/month Starter plan and a $199/month Pro plan. Spark! is $199/month. Pay yearly for the $199 plans and you get two months free.
Concierge Starter includes 20,000 credits a month and Pro includes 199,000. Credits pay for the work Concierge does, like answering a customer or handling a task for your team. You can buy more at $1 per 1,000 credits.
Starter includes 2,500 contacts, 25,000 emails and 250 text credits a month. Pro includes 25,000 contacts, 250,000 emails and 2,500 text credits a month. Both have the same features.
Our team sets things up for you: moving your data over, building campaigns, setting up automations and AI, and running your creator program. It works with any plan for $499/month, or $4,990/year.

No. You don't pay per person, and we never take a cut of your sales. Concierge runs on credits, and SmartyTap plans include a set number of contacts, emails and texts each month.
Yes. You can run several brands or stores from one account. Enterprise adds approvals, access by brand, a security review and help rolling out.
