SmartyTap and Chargezen Concierge users can request app account deletion, associated data deletion, or deletion of data linked to their account from the App Account and Data Deletion Requests section of https://chargezen.com/privacy. Requests can be submitted by emailing privacy@chargezen.com from the account email address. Chargezen verifies identity before completing a request and may retain records required for security, fraud prevention, legal, billing, tax, consent, or compliance reasons.
