Exporting Data

Data export lets you extract CheckoutOS data for use in external tools like Excel, Google Sheets, BI platforms, or custom analytics systems.

Export Options

Available Formats

CSV — Universal spreadsheet format
Excel (.xlsx) — Native Excel with formatting
JSON — For programmatic use
PDF — Formatted reports for sharing
Google Sheets — Direct export to Sheets

Exporting from Dashboard

Navigate to Data

Go to the dashboard section you want to export.

Click Export

Click the export icon in the top-right corner.

Choose Format

Select your preferred export format.

Configure Options

Set date range, columns to include, etc.

Download

Click download to get your file.

API Rate Limits

Export API requests are limited to 100 per hour. For large exports, use the async export endpoint which delivers results via webhook.

When exporting data, keep privacy in mind:
