$500 Promotional Credit Terms
Effective Date: January 2, 2025
These terms ("Terms") govern the Chargezen $500 Promotional Credit (the "Credit" or "Promotional Credit"). The Credit is a discount applied to qualifying purchases and is not redeemable for cash, platform access, or services without a confirmed purchase commitment. By claiming this Credit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Chargezen's Terms of Service. This promotion is administered by Chargezen Inc. ("Chargezen," "we," or "us").
Important: Purchase Required
This promotional credit is a discount toward a purchase, not a free trial or complimentary access. The Credit can only be applied at the time of purchase and requires a valid payment method on file. You must complete a qualifying purchase to redeem this Credit.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Promotional Credit, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Shopify Plan Requirement
You must operate a Shopify store on either the Shopify Plus or Shopify Advanced plan. Stores on Basic, Grow, or Starter plans are not eligible.
New Customer Only
You must be a new Chargezen customer. Current customers, former customers, and those who have previously engaged with Chargezen sales are not eligible.
Decision-Making Authority
You must be authorized to make purchasing decisions for your organization (e.g., Founder, CEO, E-commerce Director, or equivalent).
Qualifying Purchase Required
You must complete a qualifying purchase of any Chargezen product (CheckoutOS, Concierge, Self-Serve, or Self-Serve + Services plan). The Credit will be applied as a discount to your purchase.
Sales Consultation
You must complete a scheduled consultation with a Chargezen sales representative (minimum 30 minutes) before making your purchase.
Geographic Eligibility
You must be located in a jurisdiction where Chargezen offers its services (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, or Australia).
Valid Business
You must represent an active, legitimate business with verifiable operations on Shopify.
Chargezen reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify participants at its sole discretion.
2. How the Credit Works
The $500 Promotional Credit is applied as a discount toward your first Chargezen purchase. This is not a gift card, account balance, or complimentary access—it is a promotional discount that reduces your purchase price.
Applied at Purchase
The Credit is applied as a discount when you complete a qualifying purchase. It cannot be used without making a purchase.
Payment Method Required
A valid payment method must be on file. If your purchase exceeds $500, you will be charged the remaining balance.
Redemption Window
The Credit must be redeemed within 30 days of your sales consultation. After this period, the Credit expires.
One-Time Use
The Credit can only be used once and is applied in full to your first purchase. Any unused portion is forfeited.
Example:
Scenario: You purchase the Self-Serve plan at $2,500/year.
Credit Applied: $500 discount
You Pay: $2,000 (charged to your payment method)
3. Restrictions
Purchase Required
The Credit cannot be redeemed without a qualifying purchase. It does not provide complimentary access to any Chargezen product or service.
Non-Transferable
The Credit is personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with other individuals or companies.
No Cash Value
The Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or converted to any other form of payment.
No Combination
This Credit cannot be combined with any other Chargezen promotions, discounts, referral rewards, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
One Per Company
Limit one Credit per company. Multiple employees, subsidiaries, or related entities of the same company are not eligible for separate Credits.
Platform Fees Only
The Credit can only be applied to Chargezen platform fees. It cannot be applied to SMS carrier fees, third-party integrations, or pass-through costs.
No Partial Redemption
The Credit must be used in full on a single purchase. It cannot be split across multiple transactions or saved for future purchases.
Refund Policy
If you request a refund within the 90-day guarantee period, the Credit amount will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a refund of the amount you actually paid.

5. Modifications and Termination
Chargezen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice. Chargezen may withhold or revoke Credits in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
This promotion is effective as of January 2, 2025 and may end at any time at Chargezen's discretion. Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chargezen Inc. is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in the administration of this promotion. All Credits are subject to verification and may be withheld if eligibility criteria are not met.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chargezen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to this promotion. In no event shall Chargezen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this promotion.
