Computer use

Computer use

AI

An AI agent working on a computer the way a person would: running code, handling files and using websites through a browser.

What is Computer use?

Computer use lets AI handle work that has no dedicated integration, like downloading a report from a supplier portal. Safe setups run each job on an isolated computer and require approval before submitting anything. What it is good for: analyzing spreadsheets, cleaning data, building reports and charts, converting files and working in web apps that have no API. Chargezen Concierge gets a private, secure computer for each job, where it runs code, works through spreadsheets and hands back finished files.

Example

For example, an agent is asked for last quarter's best-selling products by region. It exports the order data, runs the analysis in code on its own computer and returns a spreadsheet and a chart, without anyone on the team building the report.

Why Computer use Matters

Computer use extends AI to the messy back-office tasks that used to need a person at a keyboard.
