Browser agent

Browser agent

AI

An AI agent that navigates websites, clicks, types, downloads and uploads to complete tasks in web apps.

What is Browser agent?

A browser agent sees a web page, decides where to click or what to type, and repeats until the task is done. It is useful for sites that have no API, such as supplier portals, carrier sites and marketplaces. Logins and submissions need care. A safe browser agent should not be handed passwords in a chat. Instead, a person signs in directly on the agent's screen when needed. Uploads, purchases and form submissions should wait for approval. Chargezen Concierge browses websites and supplier portals, downloads what it needs and prepares uploads for your approval.

Example

For example, each Monday a browser agent logs into a supplier portal (after a teammate signs in once), downloads the latest inventory file and prepares a stock update for the store, which a teammate approves.

Why Browser agent Matters

Browser agents automate the repetitive web work your team does by hand, even on sites with no integration.
