Post a campaign and the creators in your program can apply from their Spark! portal with a rate, how they want to be paid, links to their work and answers to your questions. You pick who joins, and nobody haggles over email.
In plain words
A campaign application is a creator’s request to join one of your active Spark! campaigns, sent from the Spark! creator portal with a proposed rate, how they want to be paid, a short pitch and answers to your screening questions. You review each application and accept or decline it, and an accepted creator joins the campaign at the rate they bid.
Spark! campaignsBriefs and approvalsWhat is a creator brief?
From an open campaign to a creator who is ready to start.
Pick the type (sponsored, gifted, affiliate or whitelisting), add the deliverables, and write up to four screening questions. Set it to active.
Creators in your program see active campaigns under Browse in their portal, search them or filter by type, and send an application.
Each application shows the rate, how they want to be paid, their pitch, platforms, estimated reach, links to their work and every answer.
Accept and the creator joins the campaign at the rate they bid. Decline and you can add a note the creator sees.
Every field a creator fills in, so you can compare applicants side by side.
| Field | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Your rate | The amount the creator asks for this campaign. It is required and must be more than zero. |
| How you want to be paid | Flat fee, per post or revenue share. |
| Message to the brand | Their pitch: why they fit and what they would make. |
| Platforms | Where they would post, such as TikTok or Instagram. |
| Estimated reach | How many people the creator expects to reach. |
| Links to your work | Past posts or a portfolio you can check before you decide. |
| Screening answers | An answer to each of your questions. Every question needs an answer, up to 1,000 characters each. |
Both of you see the same status: you in Spark!, the creator under Applications in their portal.
| Status | What it means | What can happen next |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for your review. | The creator can edit or withdraw it. You can accept or decline it. |
| Accepted | You said yes. | The creator joins the campaign at the rate they bid and can start on the brief. |
| Declined | You said no. | Your note, if you added one, shows on the creator’s application. |
| Withdrawn | The creator pulled it back. | Nothing for you to do. |
Applications sit inside your campaigns, next to briefs, content review and payments.
Up to four questions per campaign, each up to 280 characters. A creator can’t apply without answering all of them.
Creators name their price and their pay type before you talk, so you compare offers, not inboxes.
Each creator can send one application per campaign, so your review list has no duplicates.
Creators browse, apply, track their applications, see invitations and follow active campaigns from the same portal.
Post a campaign, let creators pitch you, and say yes to the ones who fit, all in Spark!.

Creators who have joined your Spark! program. They see your active campaigns in the Spark! creator portal. Spark! is not an affiliate network or a creator marketplace, so your campaigns aren’t listed to strangers.
Each application includes a rate and a pay type: flat fee, per post or revenue share. The creator can edit or withdraw the application while it is pending.
The creator is added to the campaign as accepted, with their bid as the agreed rate. From there they work from your brief and submit content for your review.
