Spark! keeps your shortlist, campaign statuses, outreach and message threads together, so you always know who said yes, who needs a nudge and who went quiet.
In plain words
A creator CRM is where a brand keeps track of its creator relationships: who the creators are, which campaigns they are in, where each conversation stands and what was said. In Spark!, it is built into your campaigns: every creator on a campaign has a status (invited, accepted or declined) and, if you reached them by outreach, an outreach status (in sequence, responded, completed or escalated), next to their message thread.
Influencer outreachCreator discoveryWhat is an influencer partner?
From a name on a shortlist to a creator on a campaign.
Shortlist creators you find in Spark! creator discovery, then move the best ones into a campaign.
Invite creators already in your program, who answer in their portal, or start outreach: a first email, then follow-ups after 3 and 7 days.
Replies land in a message thread with the creator. Unread counts show what is waiting, and a reply stops the follow-ups still queued.
A creator who answers none of the outreach emails is flagged as escalated. You resolve or dismiss each escalation.
Two statuses per creator: where they stand on the campaign, and where your outreach to them stands.
| Status | Kind | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Invited | Campaign | You asked the creator to join. They haven’t answered yet. |
| Accepted | Campaign | The creator is on the campaign: they took your invitation, you accepted their application, or they said yes to outreach. |
| Declined | Campaign | The creator said no. |
| Removed | Campaign | You took the creator off the campaign. |
| In sequence | Outreach | Outreach emails are going out on schedule. |
| Responded | Outreach | The creator replied and said yes. |
| Completed | Outreach | The outreach is over: the creator said no or unsubscribed. |
| Escalated | Outreach | Every email went out and the creator never answered. Spark! opens an escalation for you. |
Outreach statuses apply to creators you contact through Spark! outreach. Creators already in your program get invitations in their portal instead.
The parts of a CRM that creator programs actually use, inside the tool that runs the campaigns.
A shortlist for your workspace. Each creator is saved once, with who added them.
One thread per creator conversation, with messages from you, the creator and Spark! itself, plus unread counts.
When a creator replies, the follow-ups still queued are cancelled. A clear yes or no updates their status. Anything else waits in the thread for you.
A creator who unsubscribes is opted out across every campaign, and their queued emails are cancelled.
A yes to a gifted campaign opens a gift order. A yes to a campaign that requires a contract opens a draft contract.
Open, resolved or dismissed. Nothing quietly falls off the list when a creator goes silent.
Run discovery, outreach, campaigns and conversations from one place, and see every creator’s next step at a glance.

Spark! sends the first email and follow-ups after 3 and 7 days. If the creator never answers, they are marked escalated and an escalation opens for you to resolve or dismiss.
Yes. A reply cancels the follow-ups still queued for that creator and lands in their message thread. A clear yes or no also updates their status.
Not from a file. Add creators to your program one by one, share your program’s sign-up page, or let them apply to an active campaign.
Spark! is $1,990 per year, or $199 a month month to month, with everything included. Creator spend stays yours: Spark takes no cut of it.
