Customer portal

Customer portal

Subscriptions

A secure page where customers manage their account and subscriptions: skip, swap, change frequency, update details or cancel.

What is Customer portal?

A customer portal is self-service for subscribers. Instead of emailing support, they log in (or follow a secure link) and make changes themselves: skip the next order, swap a product, change the delivery date or frequency, update their address or card, add one-time items, pause or cancel. A good portal is easy to reach from emails, texts and the store's account page, and works well on phones. Chargezen's customer portal, part of its Customer Concierge widget, combines subscription management, order tracking, store credit and AI help in one place.

Example

For example, a subscriber going on vacation opens the portal from a reminder text, skips next month and adds a one-time item to the following order. No support ticket, and no cancellation.

Why Customer portal Matters

A good portal lets customers adjust instead of canceling, and cuts support tickets.
