xAI’s Grok Bot docs say Bots use an app connector where one exists and otherwise work the app’s screen, and they don’t list a Shopify connector (checked October 19, 2026). Concierge has Shopify and subscription tools built in, so its agents look up orders, cancel them, open returns and pause, skip or swap subscriptions within your rules; a teammate approves any refund.
Grok Bot has no price of its own: it comes with X’s Premium ($30 a month), Super ($100) and Ultra ($200) plans, teams pay the same per seat, and the $8 Plus plan doesn’t include it (checked October 19, 2026).
