Common questions

RingEX Core is $20 and Advanced $25 per user a month billed annually ($30 and $35 monthly) for 1 to 5 users, and the AI Receptionist add-on starts at $39 (checked October 18, 2026). Concierge Starter is $20/month with 20,000 credits and Pro is $199/month, with texts at 2¢ per message part, calls billed as you use them and no per-seat fees.

Not all of it. Concierge has no phone menus, call queues, ring groups, call forwarding, desk phones or numbers outside the US. It answers your number with AI that knows the caller and their orders, and a teammate can join the call from Finn for iPhone or the browser. If your team needs office phones and call routing, RingCentral covers that and Concierge doesn't.

You can bring a US number to Chargezen. Chargezen checks that the number can move, you sign a letter of authorization in the admin and follow the transfer there. You can also start with a new toll-free number.
