Common questions

Google Voice Starter is $10 per user a month for up to 10 users, Standard is $20 and Premier is $30, and Standard and Premier also need a Google Workspace plan, billed separately (checked October 18, 2026). Concierge Starter is $20/month with 20,000 credits and Pro is $199/month, with texts at 2¢ per message part and calls billed as you use them. Google Voice costs less for a line people answer themselves; Concierge pays for an agent that answers for you.

No. Concierge has no phone menu, ring groups, call forwarding or desk phones. Callers just talk: Concierge answers, recognizes them, looks up their orders and handles the request. When a person should take over, your team is alerted on Finn for iPhone and in the browser, and a teammate taps Join the call. If you need menus that route calls to desk phones, Google Voice does that and Concierge doesn't.

You can bring a US number to Chargezen. Chargezen checks that the number can move, you sign a letter of authorization in the admin and follow the transfer there. You can also start with a new toll-free number.
