Concierge documentation
Set up Concierge: get a business number, verify it for texting, connect SMS, WhatsApp and email, record calls by your rules and work with agents from Finn.
Last updated: 2026-10-18
Concierge gives your business digital employees that answer customers and do the work behind the answer: on the phone, by text, on WhatsApp, by email and in your team inbox. These guides follow the Chargezen admin screen by screen, so the menu names and buttons match what you see. Start with Getting started, then set up the channels you need.
Concierge Starter is $20/month with 20,000 credits. Pro is $199/month with 199,000 credits, or $1,990/year. Phone and text charges are billed as used. See pricing.
