Ask how many subscriptions started, cancelled, paused or came back, what happened to monthly subscription revenue, and who left. Concierge answers for Chargezen subscriptions, Recharge subscriptions or both, reported side by side.
The problem
Subscription reports rarely agree, because every tool counts cancellations, pauses and monthly revenue a little differently. This playbook writes the definitions down and prints the ones it used, so this month can be compared fairly with last month.
Subscription contracts, their change history and customer profiles.
Recharge subscriptions and customers, read from your Recharge connection when the data is prepared.
Your orders, when a customer's stored order count or spend is missing and needs recounting.
Each source is reported on its own; one never fills in for the other. If Recharge isn't connected, it says why instead of showing numbers.
Start included, end excluded, in UTC unless you ask for your own calendar. The definitions used are printed.
Subscriptions created and cancelled in the period, with their monthly revenue per currency.
One line per customer who cancelled, with their name, order count and total spent.
For Chargezen subscriptions: the cancellation rate, and starting monthly revenue plus every change, checked against the ending figure.
A made-up store, to show how the playbook works from question to answer.
This store is invented for illustration. It is not a Chargezen customer, and no results are shown: your answer depends on your own data.
Written into the playbook, so every answer counts the same way.
You don't need to name the playbook. Concierge reads each playbook's "When to use" line and opens the one that fits your question.
Counts and monthly revenue per currency for each source.
Customers who cancelled, with their orders and spend.
Start plus every change equals the end, or the gap is shown.
Every Concierge workspace starts with these playbooks. Ask a question in plain English and see the numbers and the work behind them.
How many subscriptions were created, cancelled, paused or reactivated in a period, new and lost monthly subscription revenue, who cancelled, the cancellation rate, and why subscription revenue changed.
For a monthly subscription review, after a price change or a migration, or whenever someone asks why subscription revenue went up or down.
Yes, when Recharge is connected. Recharge subscriptions and customers are read from your Recharge connection when the data is prepared and reported separately from Chargezen subscriptions. If Recharge is not connected, the answer gives that reason instead of numbers.
No. Concierge sees the title and "When to use" line of every published playbook switched on for the agent, and opens the full steps only when one fits your question. You can still say "use the Subscription analytics playbook" to be sure.
Yes. It's your workspace's playbook: edit the steps, rename it, switch it on for other agents, archive it or delete it under Concierge > Build > Playbooks. A deleted default playbook stays deleted.
Running a playbook is a Concierge job, so it uses your workspace credits like any other job when Concierge runs on Chargezen-managed AI models. Concierge Starter is $20 a month with 20,000 credits. Pro is $199 a month with 199,000 credits, or $1,990 a year.
