Shoppable content

Shoppable content

E-commerce

Shoppable content is content such as videos, photos, posts or pages where viewers can tap a product to see it or buy it.

What is Shoppable content?

Shoppable content links what someone is watching or reading to the product page or checkout. Examples include tagged products in social posts, shoppable videos on product pages, lookbooks with "add to cart" buttons and creator pages listing the products they recommend. What makes it work: the product is clearly shown, the tap goes to the right product (and variant), and the path to checkout is short. When creators make the content, a tracked link per creator shows who drove each sale.

Example

A brand embeds creator videos on its product pages with an "add to cart" button under each one, so shoppers can buy the exact shade the creator is wearing.

Why Shoppable content Matters

It turns attention into orders while interest is highest.
