The Monday report, done before Monday.

Concierge pulls the same numbers every week, checks them, writes up what moved and why, and attaches the spreadsheet, chart or slides, ready for your team meeting.

The problem

Somebody on your team loses an hour or two every week to the same report: export, paste, fix the formulas, write three lines about what changed. It gets late when they are busy and skipped when they are out. Concierge builds it the same way every week, on time, and shows how it got each number.

What it does on every run.

The same numbers every week

Sales, orders, order size, refunds, subscriptions and customers, defined the way you say.

Checked before it is sent

Totals are checked against the source, and it says what it counted.

What moved and why

A short write-up of the biggest changes and the products or customers behind them.

A file you can share

Spreadsheet, CSV, PDF, Word, slides or a chart, saved to your drive if you like.

How the job runs.

  1. 1

    On schedule

For example every Monday at 8:00 in your time zone.

  2. 2

    It prepares the data

A private copy of last week's data, opened on its own computer.

  3. 3

    It runs the numbers

The same steps each week, using your saved definitions and playbooks.

  4. 4

    It sends the report

A short summary in the thread, with the file attached.

A worked example.

A made-up store, to show how a weekly report runs from instruction to file.

The store
A pet food brand on Shopify with one-time orders and subscriptions, and a Monday team meeting.
The instruction
"Every Monday at 8:00, report on last week against the week before and the same week last year: net sales, orders, order size, refunds by reason, new and cancelled subscriptions, and the five products that moved most. Write three sentences on what changed and why. Attach a spreadsheet and a one-page PDF."
What Concierge does
Prepares last week's orders, refunds and subscriptions, runs the numbers on its own computer, checks that the product rows add up to the totals, and uses the refund and subscription playbooks for those parts.
What comes back
A short summary in the thread, for example "Net sales rose, mostly from one product's restock; refunds were flat; more subscriptions started than cancelled", plus the spreadsheet and the PDF. Placeholder wording: your report says what your numbers show.
Where the files go
The files are attached to the run. Ask it to also save them to a Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or Microsoft 365 folder you connected, and the team finds them there.
A good follow-up
Reply in the thread: "Break the refunds down by product." It answers there, and you can add the breakdown to next week's instruction.

This store is invented for illustration. It is not a Chargezen customer, and no results are shown: what you get depends on your own data.

Set it up once.

Every team job is a scheduled task: an instruction in plain English, a schedule and a choice of when to hear from it.

Write the instruction
Say what to check and what counts as worth reporting, for example: "Every Monday at 8:00, report last week's sales, orders, refunds and subscriptions against the week before, explain the biggest changes and attach a spreadsheet."
Pick the schedule
Every Monday at 8:00, every Friday afternoon, or the first of each month. Choose the time in your own time zone. A task can run at most once an hour. Or skip the schedule and run it only when you start it.
Choose the agent
Pick which of your agents does the job. It works with that agent's tools, data access and approval rules, like any other job.
Choose when to hear from it
Every run, only when something is worth your attention, or never. With "only when it matters", Concierge compares the run with the one before and stays quiet when nothing new turned up.
Read the results
Each run posts to the task's own thread in Concierge, in the Chargezen admin and in the Finn app for iPhone. Every run is kept, with what it looked at and what it found.
Change it anytime
Edit the instruction or schedule, pause it or stop it. Stopping a task also stops work already under way.

Ask once, schedule a report, or use a playbook?

All three use the same agent and data. Pick by how often you need the answer.

Ask once

Use it when
You have a one-off question.
How it starts
You ask in Concierge, in Slack, in the Finn app, or from ChatGPT or Claude.
What you get
An answer, with a file if you ask for one.
Example
"Why did order size drop last week?"

Weekly report

Use it when
You want the same numbers every week.
How it starts
On the schedule you set.
What you get
A checked summary and the same file layout each time.
Example
"Every Monday, last week against the week before."

Playbook

Use it when
You want an analysis done the same careful way every time.
How it starts
Concierge opens it when a question or report needs it.
What you get
The steps you or Chargezen wrote, followed and shown.
Example
Refund analysis, subscription analytics.

A weekly report can use playbooks: name them in the instruction, or let Concierge pick the one that fits.

What changes for your team.

Hours back every week

No more export, paste and fix.

Numbers you can trust

Every total checked, every step shown.

Same report, every time

Comparable week to week, even when people are out.

Hand off the work that comes back every week.

Give Concierge the recurring checks and reports your team does by hand. It runs them on time, shows its work and speaks up only when you need it.

Common questions

An automated weekly report is a scheduled Concierge job that pulls the same store numbers every week, checks them, writes up what moved and why, and attaches the spreadsheet or slides. It replaces the hour someone spends every Monday exporting and pasting.

Spreadsheets (Excel or CSV), PDF, Word documents, PowerPoint slides and charts as images. Files are attached to the run, and Concierge can save them to a Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or Microsoft 365 folder you connected.

Write your definitions in the instruction, or save them in Concierge, such as what counts as net sales or an active customer. It uses yours and says so in the report.

Create a scheduled task in Concierge. Give it a name, write the instruction in plain English, pick the schedule and your time zone, choose the agent that does it and whether to hear from it every time, only when something matters, or never. You can edit, pause or stop it anytime.

In the task's own thread in Concierge, in the Chargezen admin and in the Finn app for iPhone. Files it makes are attached to the run. In Slack, you can also ask the agent for the same report in a thread and it replies there.

No. Team jobs run on the schedule you set, at most once an hour, or only when you start them. They don't fire on store events such as a new order.

Each run is a Concierge job, so it uses your workspace credits like any other job when Concierge runs on Chargezen-managed AI models. Concierge Starter is $20 a month with 20,000 credits. Pro is $199 a month with 199,000 credits, or $1,990 a year.
