Multi-agent system

Multi-agent system

AI

Several AI agents with different jobs that work together and hand tasks to one another.

What is Multi-agent system?

Instead of one agent that does everything, a multi-agent system splits work by role, like a team. Each agent has its own instructions, tools and permissions suited to its job, which keeps each one focused and limits what any single agent can touch. Handoffs connect them. When a task belongs to another agent's job, the first agent passes it along with the context needed to continue. Chargezen Concierge lets you create agents for support, operations and finance, each with its own job, channels, tools and playbooks, that can hand work to each other.

Example

For example, a support agent learns a customer was double charged. It hands the case to a finance agent, which checks the payments, prepares the refund for approval and reports back so the support agent can update the customer.

Why Multi-agent system Matters

Splitting work across focused agents keeps each one accurate and its permissions tight, just as you would with a human team.
