Orders

The Orders section shows affiliates all orders attributed to their tracking links. They can see order details, commission amounts, and payment status.

Each order shows:

• Order ID — Reference number (partially masked)
• Date — When the order was placed
• Order Total — Purchase amount
• Commission — Amount earned
• Status — Pending, approved, paid, or refunded
• Link Used — Which tracking link drove the sale

• Pending — Order placed, commission not yet confirmed
• Approved — Commission confirmed, awaiting payout
• Paid — Commission has been paid to affiliate
• Refunded — Order was refunded, commission reversed
• Disputed — Under review (chargeback or fraud check)

Affiliates can filter their order list:

• By status (pending, approved, paid)
• By date range
• By tracking link
• By minimum order value

Click into an order to see commission breakdown:

• Base commission rate applied
• Any tier bonuses
• Product-specific commission rates
• Total commission calculated
• Expected payout date

Export order data for record-keeping:

• CSV download of all orders
• Filter by date range before export
• Include or exclude specific columns
