Shipping Integration

Spark! integrates with Shopify's fulfillment system to automatically create and ship seeding orders. No manual order entry required.

When a creator accepts a seeding invitation and provides their address:

1. Spark! creates a draft order in Shopify with $0 total
2. The order is tagged with "spark-seeding" for tracking
3. Order flows through your normal fulfillment process
4. Tracking number syncs back to Spark! automatically
5. Creator receives shipping notification

If you use a 3PL, seeding orders work the same way:

• ShipBob — Orders sync through Shopify integration
• ShipStation — Tagged orders route to seeding rules
• Deliverr — Fulfilled like regular orders
• Custom 3PL — Works with any Shopify-connected fulfillment

For international creators:

• Customs declarations are generated automatically
• Declared value set to product cost (configurable)
• Mark as "gift" to reduce customs duties
• Collect creator's phone number for international shipments

Control seeding shipping costs:

• Shipping Method — Default to standard or let creators choose
• Geographic Limits — Limit seeding to specific countries
• Value Caps — Maximum product value per creator
• Budget Tracking — Monitor total seeding spend
