Spark! offers flexible approval workflows to match your program's needs. Choose between fully automatic, fully manual, or hybrid approaches.
Approval Modes
- Automatic Approval — All applicants are instantly approved
- Manual Review — Every application requires your review
- Conditional — Auto-approve if criteria met, otherwise queue for review
Which Mode to Choose?
Automatic maximizes signups but may attract low-quality affiliates.Manual ensures quality but creates bottlenecks.Conditional balances both—use this for most programs.

Applications pending review appear in your dashboard with:

Rejection Handling
When rejecting an application:

- Blocklist — Prevent future applications from same email/domain
