UGC Collection

The UGC Collection feature helps you save, organize, and obtain rights to creator content. Build a content library you can repurpose in ads, emails, and on your website.

Content can be saved to your library in several ways:

• Auto-Save — Automatically save all detected mentions
• Manual Save — Click to save specific pieces of content
• Bulk Import — Import content via URLs or file upload
• Creator Submission — Creators upload directly

Keep your content library organized:

• Collections — Group content by campaign, product, or theme
• Tags — Add custom tags for filtering
• Ratings — Star rating for content quality
• Status — Track rights status (pending, approved, denied)

Obtain permission to use creator content:

1. Select content you want to use
2. Send rights request via DM or email
3. Creator approves or declines
4. Approved content is marked for use
5. Track where content has been used

Export content for use elsewhere:

• Download — Original quality images and videos
• Bulk Export — Download entire collections as ZIP
• API Access — Pull content programmatically
• Direct Integrations — Push to ad platforms, email tools

Track performance of UGC:

• Original engagement (likes, comments, shares)
• Performance when repurposed in ads
• Which creators produce best-performing content
