Campaigns overview
Create a Spark! campaign, pick its type, deliverables and screening questions, invite creators, and see how briefs, contracts, gifts and payments hang off it.

A campaign is one piece of creator work with a goal, a budget and a list of things to make: a product launch, a seeding round, a batch of UGC videos or a run of paid ads. Everything else in Spark!’s creator tools hangs off a campaign: the creators you invite or accept, the brief they follow, the content they submit, their contract, the products you ship them and what you pay them.
You manage campaigns in Spark! → LaunchPad → Campaigns.
Create a campaign
Open the campaign builder
Go to LaunchPad → Campaigns and choose Create Campaign.
Campaign basics
Enter a Campaign Name, pick a Campaign Type (see the table below) and tick the Campaign Objectives, such as Drive Sales, Product Launch or User-Generated Content. If you run more than one brand, pick the Brand Profile the campaign belongs to.
Campaign details
Write a Description creators will read, set the Total Budget, the Start Date and End Date, and the Status.
Creator requirements
Set a Minimum Followers count and Minimum Engagement Rate, and choose Target Platforms, Content Niches and Creator Locations. Creators see these requirements on the campaign before they apply.
Required deliverables
Add each thing a creator should make, such as a Video Post, a Story/Reel or a Spark/Partnership Ad Creative, with a Quantity and any specific requirements.
Screening questions
Under Application Screening Questions, add up to four questions, each up to 280 characters. Every creator who applies has to answer all of them. See Applications and bids.
Invite creators and save
Add creators from your program under Invite Creators, check the Summary and save. Set the status to Active when you want creators to see it.
Campaign types
| Type | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Influencer Posts + Paid UGC | You pay creators for sponsored posts, UGC videos and creator-led content packages. |
| Product Seeding | You send products to creators and turn the ones who post well into paid partners. |
| Affiliate + Performance Rewards | Creators earn per sale, click or lead, plus bonuses and pay per 1,000 views. |
| Paid Amplification + Whitelisting | You run creator posts as Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads, with the usage rights to do it. |
Creators can filter campaigns by type in their portal, so pick the one that matches the work. You can change the type later.
Campaign status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Only your team sees it. Creators can’t find it or apply. |
| Active | Creators in your program see it under Campaigns → Browse in their portal and can apply. Invitations show up for the creators you invite. |
| Paused | Hidden from creators. Nothing you set up is lost. |
| Completed | The campaign is over. Its submissions, contracts and payments stay on file. |
| Archived | Deleting a campaign archives it instead of erasing it. |
Getting creators onto a campaign
There are two ways in, and you can use both on the same campaign:
- Invite them. Pick creators who have already joined your program. Each one gets a notification in the Spark! app and sees the invitation under Campaigns → Invitations in their portal, with the requirements, deliverables, budget and dates. They accept or decline it.
- Let them apply. Creators in your program browse your active campaigns and send an application with their rate. You accept or decline each one. See Applications and bids.
Each creator can be on a campaign once. Removing a creator takes them off the campaign but keeps their history.
Your campaigns are shown only to creators who have joined your program. Spark! doesn’t list them in a public marketplace. To reach new creators, invite them to your program first or use creator discovery and outreach.
What hangs off a campaign
- Content briefs: what to make, the hashtags and mentions to use, and the deadline.
- Submissions: the posts and videos creators send for your review.
- Contracts: the agreement each creator reads and signs.
- Gift orders: products you ship to creators, with tracking.
- Payments: the fees you owe creators for campaign work.
- TikTok ads: Spark Ads made from a creator’s clip, linked back to the campaign.
Each of these has its own tab in LaunchPad and can be filtered by campaign. A creator’s side of the same campaign (invitations, briefs, contracts, gifts and earnings) lives in their Spark! portal.
